Question about submitting samples

Hello, I am writing an article in which I am showing users where they can submit malware and false positives.

I have so far found no online submission form or email address which users can use to submit these to you. Can you please let me know what these are or how I can submit samples to Clearsight?

We apologize about the delayed response. We are implementing a virus-submission form on our website. It will up and running very soon. However you can send the virus sample to our support email - clearsight.support AT clearsightav.com and we will forward them.

Please archive the sample into password protected ZIP archive and let us know what is the password in your email.
